Had a problem with my 2013 f150. Front springs broken. Phoned in and received an appointment the next morning. Within a couple of hours got the report on my vehicle. Very clear about what needed to be repaired & what could be done later. Repaired in a couple days, front suspension rebuilt . Didn’t realize how  deteriorated my truck was. Drives so much better now. I would highly recommed Dales for their great customer service and trust worthy work. I've been getting my car serviced with  Dale's for over a decade. I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for many years now, and I have consistently been taken care of with honesty, professionalism, and kindness. The team takes the time to explain everything clearly, without ever making me feel rushed, pressured, or talked down to. I never feel like I’m being upsold unnecessarily—I feel informed and confident in the decisions I’m making for my vehicle. On my most recent visit, Mike took great care of me and made the entire experience feel easy and positive. That level of personal service really stands out. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and the quality of work has always been consistent. It’s rare to find a shop you can truly trust, and Dale’s has absolutely earned that for me. I can confidently say I will never take my car anywhere else. These guys have dog above and beyond time and time again for me and really made me feel like family like I'm part of the Dale's team
